3. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes, estimates, and pricing provided through the website, phone, email, or in person are subject to change based on final site inspection, measurements, substrate condition, material availability, scope changes, and unforeseen conditions.
Quotes do not guarantee scheduling until accepted and any required deposit is received.
4. Scheduling & Deposits
Project dates are not reserved until confirmed by Elite Epoxy Surfaces. Deposits may be required to secure scheduling, materials, and labor allocation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Deposits are applied toward the total project balance
Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or scheduling is reserved
Reschedule requests should be made as early as possible
5. Payments
Final payment is due according to the terms in your estimate, invoice, or signed agreement. We may accept multiple payment methods. Credit card transactions may include processing fees where permitted by law.
Late balances may be subject to collection efforts, reasonable fees, and suspension of warranty coverage until paid in full.
6. Scope of Work
Our services are limited to the scope listed in your approved estimate or agreement. Additional work, changes, repairs, or upgrades requested after approval may require a change order and additional charges.
7. Surface Conditions & Limitations
Concrete and existing substrates may contain hidden cracks, moisture issues, prior coatings, structural movement, contamination, or other conditions not visible before preparation begins. While we use professional methods and quality materials, no coating system can guarantee against all future cracking, movement, moisture intrusion, abuse, or damage.
Color, texture, flake blend, sheen, and final appearance may vary slightly from samples or photos.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Any warranty offered will be governed by the written warranty provided for your specific project. Normal wear, abuse, impact damage, chemical exposure, improper cleaning, structural movement, moisture-related failures outside our control, or unauthorized repairs may void coverage.
Except as expressly provided in writing, services are provided "as is" without additional warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Epoxy Surfaces shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, delays, or property issues beyond the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
